Commander Kruge was a Klingon male member of the Separatist Alliance, during the Clone Wars, and was in command of the D-12 class patrol ship Bounty. In this capacity, he took part in the Separatist's Operation Genesis, a plan to steal the Genesis device, a large torpedo constructed for terraforming planets but which also could be used as a bio-weapon, from the Galactic Republic. In 20 BBY, he was killed while attempting to complete the mission, leaving the device in Republic hands.
